Film It West Covina!
Film It is a short film competition open to all West Covina residents. All entries must be submitted by August 7th, 2020
West Covina Unified will establish the next premier performing arts academy in Southern California, empowering students to delve into their creative potential, gain insight from industry professionals and prepare for a future in the arts.
Since the age of 4, West Covina High School senior Madison Perez has poured her time, dedication and passion into soccer – checking into a frame of mind every day that inspires her to push her limits –and her dream is being realized as a center back for the U.S. Under-20 Women’s National Team.
The West Covina Film Festival is accepting short films completed by youth (ages 12-18) as part of a contest to have one shown during this year's film festival. Films must be school appropriate and only up to six minutes in length. Continue to article for more details.
WEST COVINA, CA – West Covina Unified School District was named to the College Board’s ninth annual Advanced Placement (AP) District Honor Roll, marking its success in promoting college readiness and academic achievement among traditionally underrepresented students.
WCHS was honored for making the AP Honor Roll, thanks to their increase in the number of students taking and passing AP courses. Congrats!
