Science Olympiad
Science Olympiad is one of the nation’s premier STEM competitions, where students work together to explore all areas of science — from biology and chemistry to engineering, physics, and Earth science. Each season, our team designs, builds, studies, and competes in 23 hands-on and knowledge-based events at invitational, regional, and state tournaments. Science Olympiad is more than a competition — it’s a community of curious, creative students who love discovering how the world works.
What We Do
-
Experiment: Conduct lab-based investigations in events like Chemistry Lab, Forensics, and Disease Detectives.
-
Study: Dive deep into topics such as Astronomy, Anatomy, and Ecology.
-
Engineer: Build and test mechanical devices like bridges, gliders, and wheeled vehicles.
-
Collaborate: Compete in teams of two or three for each event — teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.
