- 1. Create a schoolwide focus on excellent first instruction that includes differentiated instruction, use of meaningful and purposeful technology, student-centered strategies, and frequent checks for understanding to ensure relevant learning.
- 2. Develop common formative/summative assessments and continuously examine student achievement data (including, but not limited to grades, test results, CCI) in all subject areas to drive instructional decisions.
- 3. Create and sustain a multi-tiered intervention plan to quickly and collaboratively identify, monitor, and assist all students at risk of academic failure
