Coronado Alternative School will be hosting a parent workshop on helping students transition from high school.


This conference is dedicated to Parents, Foster Parents, Guardians and Professionals who work with young adults with special needs and have an IEP or 504 plan from ages 14-22. Secondary transition is a time of great change and opportunity as youth prepare for their adult lives in the areas of employment, education, training, and independent living.
